BALLINROSTIG CHEESE

Owned and run by husband and wife team Stephen Bender and Michele Cashman, Ballinrostig Cheese combines the best of both Dutch and Irish dairy knowhow.

Stephen learned his trade in his home country, the Netherlands, before moving to Ireland 20 years ago.

Together with Michele he transformed the garage of their family home into a purpose built dairy in 2014 and continue to serve up mouthwatering hand-made artisan cheeses today.

DRURY IRELAND

A small family-run boutique coffee roaster, Drury Ireland is committed to delivering the high quality teas and coffees.

With all beans roasted in-house in Youghal, Co. Cork, customers can expect unique blends and flavours.

LA ROUSSE FOODS

La Rousse Foods is an independent company specialising in the supply of fine foods to premium food establishments.

Founded in 1992 the Irish company provides a range of fresh, seasonal produce from a network of local and international producers.

With a bespoke butchery, cheese-maturing room and chocolate lab, La Rousse Foods are proud to provide an efficient service to meet chefs’ needs throughout Ireland.

EAST FERRY FARM

The family-run East Ferry Farm is proud to provide customers quality poultry that’s not only good value but also traceable.

Coming from a long line of farmers, Robert and wife Yvonne are passionate about producing quality, free-range livestock.

The couple are committed to putting first-class poultry on tables across the country.
