The restaurant’s philosophy is a true reflection of Head Chef Dan Geurin’s passion for the finest, freshest Irish seasonal produce. His cooking reflects Dan’s training under some of the Ireland’s best chefs.

Cush guarantees menus which feature top quality meat and sustainably sourced fish, while also giving careful attention to seasonal vegetables and fruit.

Our drinks menu features a diverse drinks selection and carefully compiled wine list featuring local microbreweries and exciting wine makers. The menu is designed to ensure that Cush offers the perfect accompaniment to your dish by the glass or bottle.
