We are passionate about local, seasonal food. We are committed to cooking with the seasons and so the time of year, weather and availability will always determine what’s on our menu.

BY SEA

FISH

All of our seasonal, sustainable fish like wild turbot, john dory, hake, brill, sustainable cod, red mullet, shellfish and crustacean is sourced in south coast of Ireland. By using only local seafood, we help to protect Irish fish stocks whilst supporting our local fishing industry.

Multi-coloured boats bobbing in the harbour and catches landed by the local fishermen are directly viewable from the main dining room.

BY LAND

GAME

We source wild seasonal game, pheasant, duck, venison, pigeon from our game dealer.

GREENS

Derek Hannon of Green Field Farm grows all of our chemical-free leaves, which are planted in sync with nature and picked fresh when naturally in season. Our leaves are full of flavour and contain none of the nasties.

MEAT

Our beef, lamb and pork are sourced through local butcher Pat O’ Farrell. You can enjoy our Irish Breakfast, safe in the knowledge that all of our pork is free range – likewise our chicken and eggs.
